Andrew had surgery to have a port put in last week and began a week of five chemo treatments. He now has three weeks off and will repeat the treatment cycle for the next three months. At the end of the three-month cycle, Andrew will have another MRI to see if the chemotherapy was effective.
Andrew’s family says that he is feeling pretty good after his first round of chemo, with minimal side effects. They will go to the hospital Monday for a routine exam and blood work.
School is touch and go depending on counts and how he is feeling. Andrew made it through Sept./Oct. without any natural sunlight.
Please keep Andrew in your thoughts as he continues his treatment cycle.
Stay strong Andrew – Paxton’s Army of Love is surrounding you.
